These terms apply to every Keli Studio game, including Block Chroma, Word Search, Glowtide, Sudoku and Arrows, and to this website.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Keli Studio ("we", "us") about your use of our mobile games (the "Games"). By installing or playing a Game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Games. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. This licence is subject to these Terms and to the terms of the store you downloaded from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
2. Your account
Some of our games have online play and an optional account; others run entirely on your device. Where a game has an account, keep your login secure, because you're responsible for activity on it. Guest progress may be lost if you uninstall a game or change phones without signing in. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms. Each game's privacy section says which applies.
3. Fair play and conduct
You must not:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, modified clients, automation or any tool that gives you an unfair advantage;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Games, except where the law allows it;
- harass, threaten or impersonate other players, or pick an offensive player name;
- deliberately leave matches over and over to ruin games for others;
- interfere with our servers or with the ads shown in the Games, including generating fake ad views or clicks;
- use the Games for anything unlawful.
LudoRush keeps a reputation score and may match players who often quit with each other. We may warn, restrict or ban players who break these rules.
4. Virtual coins and items
Coins, power-ups, pawns, dice, boards, themes and other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world value, and you can't sell, transfer, cash out or exchange them for money or anything of value. You only get a licence to use them in the Game, and we may change, rebalance or remove them. Our Games don't offer real-money gaming, betting or cash prizes. Tournaments, leaderboards, promo codes and rewards give virtual items only.
5. Advertising
The Games are free and funded by ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional. Advertisers and Google, not us, are responsible for the content of ads.
6. Your content
If you use your own photo in Block Chroma's Photo mode, it stays on your device, and you're responsible for having the right to use it. Player names and reports you send us must follow Section 3.
7. Intellectual property
The Games, including code, art, sounds, music, level designs, and the names "Keli Studio", "LudoRush" and "Block Chroma", belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any of it. Google Play and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any Game or feature, including online services, at any time. Online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable. We aren't obliged to keep any feature running forever.
9. Disclaimer
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the Games will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that progress will never be lost.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Games. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game (zero for free Games), or any higher minimum the law requires. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them, and LudoRush players can also ask us to delete their account. These Terms end automatically if you break them. Sections 4, 7, 9, 10 and 13 continue to apply after termination.
12. App store terms
If you downloaded a Game from the Apple App Store, Apple isn't a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary that may enforce these Terms. Google Play's terms apply in the same way to Android downloads.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, but you keep any additional rights that mandatory consumer law in your country gives you.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll change the effective date above, and if you keep using the Games after an update, you accept the new Terms.
