- We ask for as little as possible. The section below lists exactly what this game uses.
- This game is free and supported by ads through Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, we ask your permission first.
- We never sell your personal data, and there is no real-money gambling in this game.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below, or Delete my data.
Who we are
Keli Studio ("we", "us") is an independent mobile game developer based in India. We publish mobile games on Google Play and the App Store, and we run kelistudio.in. This policy covers Arrows. For any privacy question, email support@kelistudio.in.
This game
Arrows in.kelistudio.arrows
Arrows is available on Android. In this game we:
- Plays entirely on your device. There are no accounts and no game server of ours, so your progress, scores and settings stay on your phone and are deleted when you uninstall the game.
- Shows ads through Google AdMob. See the advertising section below for exactly what the ads SDK processes and how to control it.
- Collects anonymous usage and crash statistics so we can find bugs and see which parts of the game people enjoy.
- Can remind you to play. Reminders are scheduled on your device itself, so no token is sent anywhere.
- Has virtual coins and items. They have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out, and there is no betting or real-money gaming.
Usage statistics and crash reports come from Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. Neither includes your name, email or advertising ID, and you can turn them off in Settings › Share usage data. On iOS the game never asks to track you, so the advertising identifier is not available to it.
Deleting your data: We hold nothing about you. Use Reset progress inside the game, or uninstall it, and the data is gone.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Games marked above as showing ads use Google AdMob (Google LLC). When an ad is requested, the Google Mobile Ads SDK sends information straight from your device to Google. We never see it ourselves. That can include:
- Advertising identifier — the Android Advertising ID, or on iOS the IDFA, and only if you allow tracking.
- Device and network information — model, operating system, language, time zone, IP address (which reveals an approximate location) and mobile carrier.
- Ad interactions — which ads were shown and tapped, used for measurement, fraud prevention and limiting repeats.
Your choices
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a consent form appears before any ad loads, and some US states also get a "Do not sell or share" choice. You can change your answer later under Settings → Ad privacy in the game.
- On iOS 14.5 and later we ask before using the IDFA. Choosing "Ask App Not to Track" still shows ads, just without that identifier.
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads lets you reset or delete your advertising ID. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- More detail: how Google uses data from apps and AdMob ad technology providers.
App stores and other services
- Google Play and the App Store give us anonymous, combined statistics (installs, crashes, ratings). They cannot identify you.
- Ratings and reviews use the store's own prompt, so Google or Apple handle whatever you submit.
- Share opens your phone's share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you pick an app.
This website
kelistudio.in loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address, and our web host keeps standard server logs. Your theme choice and any banner you close are saved only in your own browser.
If you send us a message or join our email list, we store what you give us (name, email address, your message, and the date and IP address of your consent) to reply and to send what you asked for. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
This website currently loads no analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will ask your permission first.
Children
Arrows is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data sent between our games, this website and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). For games that keep everything on your device, your phone's own security — screen lock, encryption and updates — is what protects it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how it is used, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email us and we will help. We never sell personal data.
Changes
We update this policy when the game changes or the law requires it. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we keep a plain-English summary at the start so you can see what applies to you at a glance.
